Hi! I’m Charlotte. I live in St. Louis, Missouri and I have been taking film photographs since I could hold a camera and I haven’t stopped. I studied Studio Art, Art History and Psychology in school but I always had a particular affinity for photography - film specifically. My grandfather was an incredible photographer and I like to think I inherited that from him - as well as a few of his cameras. I love spending time outside; hiking, biking, camping, backpacking. I love to sit on a riverbank in the summer. I love to cook for my friends. I love to gather over good food and drinks. I spend time alone reading, knitting, watching movies and hanging out with my cats. I have big dreams to solo travel the world and see and experience as much as I can in this little life. I am extremely passionate about having experiences rather than things, sharing with my friends and family, and documenting my adventures, my loved ones and beyond.

To me, film photography is the best and most accurate way to capture color, emotion and people as they are. The camera captures exactly what is in front of the camera, and the resulting image will be the closest you can get to the real thing. With this very real aspect of film photography, it is my responsibility to help you feel comfortable in front of a camera. I approach every shoot, every person, with an open mind, and the knowledge that everyone is different. I care deeply about cultivating a warm, welcoming and inclusive space for you to be yourself in front of the camera. Everyone deserves to have photographs in all stages of life, and film in the best way to capture you.

I am so glad you’re here.
